Is the Ecuadorian way of offering a blow job to a stranger in Ecuador....It's usually accompanied with several boys and girls running around half naked....and with a loud music played all day long to catch the attention.
This tradition been exported to NYC, so you see the same customs in Queens....Some times they use business cards...(la civilización)
